This piece is a dedication to an enduring friendship that has transformed into something new — honoring a beautiful friend who has passed. Tenth in The Oracle of Feathers series, this piece features a hawk — sharp‑eyed and steady — perched on a branch. A band of gold wraps around her left talons, while a slightly larger band rests nearby, echoing connection, continuity, endurance, and the unseen bond that links them. A striped feather lies beneath the hawk, a quiet symbol of individuality and the traces we leave behind.
