This morning brought a small, unexpected moment of encouragement, the kind that reminds me how meaningful these milestones feel in their physical form.

The invitation card for the Juried Show at Gallery at the Park arrived last week. Seeing the dates and details printed so simply made the upcoming exhibition feel real in a new way.

It’s a small thing, but it brightened the day.

The show runs July 7 through August 14, with the awards ceremony on July 10 from 6 to 8 PM. If you’re local, I’d love to see you there. I may even go get a manicure for this! Ha.
