Today is the Day 🪶

January 7, 2026

Prepared, steady, and ready to move forward.

Cue the trumpets, pop the champagne cork, release the confetti.

Today I’m heading to the Pendleton Center for the Arts to deliver my first set of limited edition prints. These are the first physical pieces of this new chapter I’ve been building quietly and steadily, with more courage than I realized I had.

This step feels simple when I say it out loud, but it carries years of hesitation, rebuilding, and learning to trust myself again. Having my prints placed in a gallery has been a quiet goal, something I’ve pictured many times.

Packing the artwork felt a little surreal. These pieces lived in my mind, then on my drafting table, and now they’re secured and ready for display, complete with their Certificate of Authenticity. It feels like preparation finally becoming reality.

My hands shook a little as I sealed the last sleeve. Not from fear, just the body’s way of marking the moment. A quiet reminder that this matters.

Tonight I’ll come home with empty hands and a full heart. And tomorrow I’ll keep going.

And yes, my pencil finally got to check that box. ☑️

A small moment at the gallery table that means a lot.
